Family business in its second generation

The idea for the ingenious ELA room containers was born back in 1972 when Bernhard Albers and his wife Elisabeth Albers founded the company ELA-Gesellschaft für Handel und Vermittlung GmbH & Co. KG together with his wife Elisabeth Albers. The couple recognized the increasing demand for flexible space early on and developed mobile and needs-based room solutions based on containers. In the 1980s, siblings Tim Albers, Liesel Albers-Bentlage and Günter Albers took over the management of ELA Container GmbH in the second generation. Since Tim Albers retired, the company has been managed by Liesel Albers-Bentlage, Günter Albers and Dr. Stefan Leopold since 2023. With personality, technical knowledge and a keen sense for economic developments, they are consistently keeping the company on course for the future.
